Shipping policy

HALF PEARL/RHINESTONE MIXES, REUSEABLE STRAWS, GLASS RHINESTONES are usually prepared and packed within 3 working days.

EPOXY OR HYPERION TUMBLERS turn around time can be anywhere between 4 - 6 weeks depending on how many i have before your order, what place you are in the order que and so forth. If you really want one made by myself then please contact me well in advance of the date you need it by so i can see if i can help you out or refer you to someone else who i reccomend can help. 

RHINESTONE TUMBLERS same as epoxy/hyperion tumblers. 

SHIPMENTS ARE MADE MONDAY - FRIDAY ONLY.

If you order friday your order will most likely be sent to courier on the following monday, same with any orders placed during the weekend. 

If i am experiencing a high volume of orders or a shipment is delayed or a item in your order is delayed i will contact everyone via social media pages/groups of any delays. 

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES: shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

SHIPMENT TO P.O BOXES

Unfortunately we don't offer shipment to P.O Boxes at this stage.

SHIPMENT/ORDER CONFIRMATION 

You will receive a confirmation email shortly after completing your payment. Once your order is ready and waiting to be sent - we will email through your relevant tracking information.
