Returns Policy

When purchasing, please choose carefully as i do not offer exchanges if you change your mind. I do not accept returns on personalised items. If you are unsure on sizes, colours etc please ask, you can send me a message via email or facebook messenger before placing your order. 

I am not liable (but please do contact me still) for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or myself directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before sending me a message. 

Email me at:  jaydeezcreations@outlook.co.nz with your full name, order number and description of the items that are damaged/faulty. Once i assess the item i  will then decide if i will refund the full price or partial price depending on the outcome. 

If you are not satisfied with your order, please get in touch and let me know. I really do appreciate any feedback as im always looking to improve my services. 

JayDeezCreations_madebyjessie does not reimburse for return shipping costs on products being returned unless agreed prior.

 

Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that you are completely unsatisfied with your product or i can not offer any other solution - i will refund your payment the way your payment got to me originally. In this event, your items will need to be returned to me (postage at your expense) so i can evaluate what has happened.
